1. Theoretical foundation of SRM
    a. Pseudometamer structure of the human body
    b. Segmental structure of the peripheral nervous system
    c. Heads zones

2. Mechanism of formation of reflex zones in the soft tissues.

3. Review of major diagnostic techniques used to detect the reflex zones in the connective tissue, skin, skeletal muscles and periosteum.

4. Therapeutic procedures of SRM:
    a. Connective tissue zones (CTM)
    b. Cutaneous reflex zones
    c. Reflex zones in the skeletal muscles: hypertonus, trigger point, myogelosis
    d. Periostal reflex zones (PM)

SECOND DAY (9am-5pm):

Practical applications of SRM will be discussed on the examples of one somatic disorder and visceral disorders of one system

1. Anterior scalene muscle syndrome
    a. Anatomo-physiological considerations of scalene muscles
    b. Diagnostic principles of anterior scalene muscle syndrome
    c. Treatment of anterior scalene muscle syndrome by SRM Dr. Turchaninov will also briefly discuss the basic principles of Postisometric Muscular Relaxation (PIR) on the example of anterior scalene muscle syndrome.

2. Pulmonary disorders
    a. Anatomo-physiological notes of respiratory system from the massage therapy point of view
    b. Short review of major pulmonary disorders from the massage therapy point of view
    c. Treatment of pulmonary disorders by Classical SRM
    d. Treatment of pulmonary disorders by Asymmetric SRM
