2. CLINICAL SHIATSU. GOMBOYEV’S METHOD We have an agreement with Dr. A. Gomboyev, MD to publish a textbook on his innovative and extremely effective method of clinical shiatsu. Dr. Gomboyev and Dr. Turchaninov are working on this manuscript as co-authors. In this publication the authors present in detail the method of clinical shiatsu as well as modern Western theories on the mechanisms which are responsible for therapeutic effects of such ancient healing art as acupuncture and shiatsu. In their book Dr. Gomboyev and Dr. Turchaninov look on these methods of treatment through the new scientific discoveries of Western medicine. We expect this book to be published in 2006. |
